- Whole size: order one size down (US 8 → order 7).
- Half size: round down, then go one more size down (US 8.5 → order 7).

How to Measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are largest.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark, in inches or centimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
- Find your length in the chart, then size down as directed.
